Interim draft — attorney review pending
This document is an AI-assisted interim draft published so our policies are visible from day one. It has not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney and will be updated once that review is complete. It is not legal advice.
1. What this covers
This policy covers the AI Innovation Club marketing website and its free-workshop reservation form. The member platform (the app members sign in to) shares the same underlying systems; its in-app data practices are described to members inside the platform. The Club is an operating activity of Stay Strategies LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. What we collect on this site
- Your reservation: email address and city when you reserve a workshop seat.
- How you got here: if you arrived through a member's invite link or QR code, the opaque referral/guest code in the link and standard campaign tags (UTM parameters). These identify the invite, not you; we use them to thank the member who invited you and to learn which materials work.
- Abuse protection: a one-way hash derived from your IP address, used only to rate-limit form submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your reservation.
- Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (Vercel Analytics) — aggregate page views and the reservation conversion, not cross-site tracking profiles.
3. Cookies
The site sets short-lived, first-party cookies (about 30 minutes) only to remember an invite code and campaign tags while you browse to the reservation form. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
4. How we use it
To hold your seat and send you the workshop details and reminders; to credit the member who invited you (points-only — see the Terms); and to measure what brings people to the club. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Where it lives
Reservations are stored in our database (Supabase) shared with the member platform, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
6. Adults only
The Club is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your reservation data at any time: reply to any email from the Club and tell us, and we'll confirm when it's done. Workshop emails include the ability to opt out.
8. Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use reservation data will be announced to affected subscribers by email.
